On the international front, the Biden-Harris Administration has taken further measures toward President Biden’s objective of constructing the first-ever national network of 500,000 electric vehicle chargers along America’s highways and in towns. The Bipartisan Infrastructure Act includes a provision for the creation of an electric vehicle network. The Department of Transportation is proposing new guidelines in collaboration with the Department of Energy to make charging electric vehicles (EVs) convenient, reliable, and inexpensive for all Americans, including when travelling long distances.

The Bipartisan Infrastructure Act of 2017  allocates $7.5 billion to electric vehicle charging infrastructure. It also includes more than $7 billion in funding for the crucial minerals supply chains that are required for batteries, components, materials, and recycling.

EV Charging Infra is the key component in the success of transition towards clean mobility. All the large players are competing globally to gain market share before it becomes late.
